Vape Closeouts PACT Act Vapor Shipping and Tax Compliance

In December of 2020, a congressional amendment to the PACT Act was signed into the law as part of the omnibus spending bill. The effect of this new law broadens the definition of tobacco products to include electronic cigarettes, vapes, E-Liquids, and vaping accessories.

Beginning March 27, 2021 the PACT will require internet retailers to collect state/local excise taxes (tobacco tax) on vaping products and require Adult Signature (21+) on ALL deliveries nationwide. Other compliance requirements include labeling and packaging, record-keeping, and State and Federal registration and reporting. In addition to these requirements, major shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL will no longer be shipping vaping products after 04-26-2021.
Rest assured Vape Closeouts is committed to providing vaping products to as many customers as possible. We are sourcing new shipping solutions which are in compliance with the different state and federal laws. Please note we may not have full shipping coverage in the initial rollout period - we may not be able to serve our entire customer base due to lack of carrier service.
Shipping options, costs, and coverage area will be made available during the checkout process once these carriers become available on our site.
We want to thank you for your patience and understanding as we are working hard on solutions.
